Vatika Mindscapes

Vatika Mindscapes is a modern age commercial complex spread over sprawling 8.6 acres of land with a total leasable area admeasuring approxmimately1.4 Million sq ft.

The project is located right next to the Sarai Metro Station on main Delhi – Mathura Highway.  All the major commercial hubs like Mohan Cooperative , Jasola , Okhla , Nehru Place and Noida Sector -18 are in close proximity. Gurgaon is at a distance of 31 kms approx. and IGI Airport is located at a distance of 30 kms.  Violet Line metro and good road infra gives it an easy access from all parts of Delhi NCR via Public as well private transport both.

This project has been conceptualized and designed as a campus by Singapore based Architect Warner Wong Designs. The theme of the campus is based on three elements equilibrium, harmony and efficiency.

The whole campus is arranged around a landscaped podium and elevated green deck, which gives it the feeling of two connected different eco-systems, where the area beneath the deck is dedicated for premium corporate retail spaces and the world above, is the vivacious and swanky office spaces.

The project has two towers named as Tower A & B. These two towers stand tall above the 3 level basement car parking area which can accommodate up to 1800 cars. Tower A is G+13 and Tower B is G+10.
